The project provides for the planning of a health facility for obese people and their carers. The central theme involving health is also supported by residential requirements (and holidays) and is associated with different functions, one in synergy with the other, such as those related to culture, to the organisation of events, to catering, to well-being and sports, to the enjoyment of outdoor areas with the enhancement of the park.
